Script 'Interpreter' line 276: Runtime error

The game keeps crashing after this error shows up anytime i receive Gastly from oak and say either no to nicknaming it or give it a nickname; the error says:
Script 'Interpreter' line 276: Runtime error occurred

Script error within event 1, map 39 (Oak residence):
Exception: NoMethodError
Message: Section147:2123:in `pbAutoLearnMove'undefined
method `moves' for nil:NilClass

I found a probable cause for this bug, and have informed TBC on how to fix it.
