Star Wars: Belated Media's version of the prequel trilogy
The youtube channel Belated Media suprised me one day, a couple of years ago, with a youtube video with an interesting name. "WHAT IF "STAR WARS: EPISODE I" WAS GOOD?"
Suspecting a random discussion video, I clicked it.
What I got was a really interested alternate scenario of how the star wars prequels could be.
Now my exposure to Star Wars were late and quite out of order. In my eyes, there were nothing wrong with the prequels, due to episode 1 being my first exposure.
I already knew that the prequels were somehow unpopular, but after that video, I knew why.
After watching that what-if video, I found it's sequel for episode two.
Adding more insight into better story-telling, as well as some fitting illustrations go go with the scenario. And damn. It was good. But there was no trace of an what-if for episode 3.
Time goes by. And then, a few weeks ago, the what-if for episode 3 suddenly showed up.
And it was clear to be. This guy should be given the rights to direct his re-imagined Star Wars prequel. His mind, and others like him should be the one to make new movies based on Star Wars. Not Lucas Arts. Not Disney. People like him.
I truly enjoyed this version of the Star Wars prequels. But what do you think?

Oooooooh. There's a lot to digest here, but I'll definitely check this out.
I'm much more of a Trekkie than a Wars-ian myself, but I do enjoy Star Wars as well.
